We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into elegant, impactful design solutions.

You will play a key role in defining design strategy, maintaining design systems, and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead user research initiatives including usability testing, interviews, and competitor analysis
  • Define user journeys, personas, wireframes, and information architecture
  • Design high-fidelity UI screens and interactive prototypes aligned with business goals
  • Own and evolve design systems, ensuring visual and UX consistency
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams for efficient design handoff and implementation
  • Review and iterate designs based on user feedback, metrics, and usability insights
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility, performance, and responsive design standards
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices


Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability heuristics
  • Strong expertise in responsive and mobile-first design
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, color theory)
  • Strong collaboration experience with product, engineering, and business teams
  • Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions to stakeholders

  • Strong data-driven design mindset
