The Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter is responsible for overseeing and managing property and casualty business workflows, providing technical expertise and ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines. The role develops strategies for new business opportunities and portfolio retention and actively contributes to achieving business targets. They cultivate_SEPARATOR long-term broker relationships, while also supporting training for new staff in underwriting processes.
