• The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, structuring, and underwriting W&I policies across a wide range of cross-border transactions.
• Working closely with brokers, advisors, and deal teams, this role will place you at the heart of high-value international M&A activity.

• Candidates will be experienced W&I underwriters with interest in taking on more strategic responsibility.
