Senior Underwriting Consultant, Training and Development

Overview

The Senior Underwriting Consultant, Training & Development is a key role within the broader Underwriting Risk Management team with a primary focus on owning and leading new hire onboarding. This role involves creating and enhancing training content, driving the facilitation of underwriting process, and contributing to initiatives that support broader risk management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Manulife's underwriting philosophy, a passion for sharing knowledge and nurturing curiosity, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the success of their colleagues.
