Role Overview
- Act as a true extension of a US-based recruiting team
- Own outbound sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate engagement
- Apply strong technical hiring judgment for startup engineering roles
- Ensure high-quality, submission-ready candidates
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceWhale, Clay, and similar sourcing tools
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of Technical Recruiting experience (startup/agency preferred)
