Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of seamless, scalable, and meaningful digital experiences across customer-facing products and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of human-centered design, product strategy, and digital innovation—crafting intuitive, accessible, and forward-looking solutions in close partnership with product managers, developers, researchers, and customer stakeholders.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping end-to-end experiences that not only meet user needs but also anticipate them—leveraging AI-powered capabilities and behavioral insights where relevant. Your work will guide how customers engage with our products, helping define how intelligence and simplicity can coexist.


Key Responsibilities

Experience Design & Execution

  • Own the UX design process from discovery to delivery across key customer journeys and product workflows.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction patterns that bring product ideas to life.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term experience coherence, ensuring a high bar of quality and consistency.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Work cross-functionally with product teams, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders to frame problems, co-design solutions, and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and standards that scale across teams and platforms.
  • Facilitate design critiques, collaborative workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions.

AI-Infused Design Thinking

  • Design for increasingly intelligent user experiences—leveraging personalization, prediction, or automation in ethically responsible ways.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to ensure AI-driven features are intuitive, transparent, and human-centered.
  • Contribute to human-in-the-loop workflows, surfacing complexity with clarity and care.

User Research & Validation

  • Partner with UX researchers or conduct lightweight user testing to validate concepts and gather actionable feedback.
  • Analyze usage data and behavioral trends to inform design decisions and optimize experience flows.
  • Use insights to refine prototypes and enhance product usability and satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in UX, interaction design, or product design roles, ideally on customer-facing or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, systems thinking, and polished execution across responsive web or native mobile applications.
  • Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
  • Experience collaborating in agile product environments and working closely with developers and product managers.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Storybook, Adobe CC, or similar design tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing within AI-enhanced or data-rich products.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Background or interest in service design, behavioral psychology, or data visualization.
  • Experience contributing to or evolving a shared design system.
