Senior User Experience Designer

Job Description

Working directly with our global UX manager, you will be deeply involved cross functionally with global UX, Product & Engineering teams. You will be working across multiple healthcare products spread across Desktop, tablet and mobile and improve usability of a platform for our end users.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong intrapersonal and empathetic skills, a creative mind and an ability to thrive in a complex and fast-moving environment.

Must have portfolio with industry experience attached for eligibility.

What you will do...

• Research, Design and Prototype user experiences based on product requirements.
• Work collaboratively with front end developers to balance technical considerations, user needs and business strategies to deliver creative solutions.
• Deliver mockups/wireframes, visuals and interactive prototypes for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Contribute to an existing design library as well as creation of a design system.
• Be well informed of current design trends and champion user centered design across the company, including user research to discover problems or validate solutions.
• Drive common look and feel across different product portfolios.
• Create mockups to articulate functionality and design
• In this highly collaborative, lightning-fast agile environment - you will act as an advocate for both user needs and business needs.

What you bring...

• Expert level professional UX design experience
• Degree in Design/ Computer Science/ HCI or related fields.
• 5+ Years of experience working in UX&UI Design with a team of UX designers. Background in design is a plus.
• Strong eye for visual design – championing the best UI in healthcare
• Strong Ability to communicate concepts through wireframes and visuals
• Flawless attention to detail
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Expertise with established and emerging design practices
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Passion for helping others, mentorship and fostering relationships throughout the org
• Creative and analytical mindset
• Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator and photoshop
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
