• The Senior UX Designer is responsible for understanding customer journeys, identifying pain points, and designing intuitive digital solutions that balance user needs with business outcomes.
• This role works closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to iteratively design and deliver differentiated end-to-end experiences while contributing to the maturity of our design practice.
• The Senior UX Designer is engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle - from discovery and ideation through delivery and continuous optimization - and actively shapes design standards, systems thinking, and team capabilities. This position reports to the UX Design Manager.
