Role Overview:

• UX designers make opportunities tangible. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll translate insights and efficiency opportunities into visual concepts that help stakeholders see and feel what's possible.
• You'll create conceptual flows, storyboards, and mockups that bridge service-level insights with experience-level visualization, turning abstract opportunities into concrete, compelling experiences.

Essential:

• 6–8 years of UX design experience with the ability to work in early-stage discovery or strategy phases.
• Proven ability to translate qualitative insights into conceptual design outcomes.
• Skilled in journey mapping, storyboarding, conceptual wireframing, and rapid prototyping.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and designing at varying levels of fidelity based on discovery needs.
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across design, business, and technology stakeholders.

You'll Stand Out If You Have:

• Experience in consulting or transformation environments where design supports opportunity assessment.
• Exposure to service design principles and systems thinking.
• Experience creating design concepts for executive decision-making (not detailed implementation).
• Interest in designing for efficiency, automation, or operational workflows.
