With over 8 years of industry experience, you will take ownership of the end-to-end UX processleveraging user research, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design to drive product success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and lead user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Design and execute usability testing sessions to validate concepts, prototypes, and final experiences
  • Develop and maintain information architecture that ensures intuitive navigation and user flow
