Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Platform team within our Forma Data Management (Docs) product, helping shape thoughtful, human-centered experiences that scale across products and teams. This role focuses on designing for web-based SaaS platforms and emerging agentic interfaces, enabling other teams to build cohesive, high-quality experiences on top of shared foundations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the organization to drive platform design strategy and vision, elevate product quality, and deliver intuitive, extensible user experiences.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a key role in influencing product direction, advocating for users, and shaping systems that work across teams and use cases. Curiosity and excitement about exploring new design paradigms—such as agentic experiences—is essential.
