Senior Utilities Design Leader

We are seeking a Senior Utilities Design Leader to join our esteemed client’s engineering team in Dubai, UAE. This leadership role is critical in the planning, design, and coordination of utility infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and strong project leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex utilities designs for urban and infrastructure developments.

Lead the design and development of utility systems including water, wastewater, stormwater, electrical, and telecommunication networks.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including engineers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
