Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer you live and breathe all things digital design and you strive to keep the customer at the heart of everything you do. Here at Arsenault, you will have the opportunity to design digital experiences for over 2 million Australian customers to make meaningful change at scale. You will join a collective of passionate and innovative thinkers who push the envelope every day to find better ways to keep our customers connected.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Working in your delivery mission or squad as a proud and confident representative of the customer, the UX team and the wider Digital Experience Chapter
• Building and growing the UX Design practice, supporting missions and bolstering the delivery process
• Taking feedback, direction and guidance from your peers and your people leader and implementing with your own ability and expertise
