Your Purpose to the Team: Mentor & guide junior designers, fostering a high-performance design culture Create world-class, user-centered designs by considering market research, business goals, user feedback & usability study findings Drive the end-to-end design process, from research & ideation to wireframing, prototyping & testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that design solutions align with user needs & business objectives What You'll Own & Drive: Lead user research initiatives that produce data-driven UX solutions that enhance user satisfaction & engagement Lead & mentor a dedicated design team, fostering collaboration, growth & excellence Manage & distribute work among junior designers, ensuring optimal productivity Develop user personas, journey maps & information architecture to create structured & intuitive experiences Craft high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes & simple yet scalable design systems that improve usability & accessibility Establish & uphold UX documentation standards, ensuring clarity & consistency across projects Work closely with product managers, developers & stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals Oversee project timelines & deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution of UX solutions Requirements What We're Looking For: 4+ years of UX design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role Proven ability to lead design strategy, user research & usability testing Expertise in wireframing, prototyping & interaction design for web & mobile platforms Strong understanding of information architecture, accessibility & usability practices Proficiency in Figma & other design & prototyping tools Excellent storytelling & presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively Experience in leading teams & mentoring designers
