Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior User Experience Designer. The Senior UX Designer will lead the design process to create user-centered products and experiences. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes, developing prototypes, and delivering high-quality visual designs. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless user experience across Earnifi's digital platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX or product design in a Product centric company
• Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) design and Visual Design
• Proficiency in Design Thinking processes and frameworks
• Experience conducting User Research to understand user behaviors and needs
• Skill in creating Prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts
• Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, founders and product managers
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
