**Job Title**:UX Designer - EMR

**Position Overview**:
As a UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing user-centric solutions for our
next-generation EHR system. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to ensure the product is easy to use and meets the complex needs of healthcare providers. You will be responsible for creating end-to-end design experiences—from research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing—while advocating for the needs of the users to deliver solutions that are not only functional but delightful and accessible. Additionally, you’ll partner with engineering to build a robust, scalable, and supportable design system that will be adaptable and flexible to our ever changing needs.
