Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Senior UX Designer. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process, including conducting user research, applying design thinking, creating prototypes, and delivering high-quality user experience and visual design solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure user needs are at the core of all design decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX), Design Thinking, and User Research
- 3 to 8 yrs exp
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to create user-centered designs
- Experience with design tools - Figma
- Knowledge of usability testing methods and interaction design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in agile development environments is beneficial
- Portfolio showcasing design expertise and user-focused projects
