Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience of our fintech platform. This role is a foundational part of the product trio, representing usability and ensuring customer needs drive product decisions. The role involves translating complex business and financial processes into intuitive, simple, and elegant experiences that enhance usability and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a foundational member of the product trio alongside product management and engineering, representing usability and user needs.
• Translate problems and opportunities identified by Product Management and UX Research into design solutions that address customer needs and business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from user stories to user flows and high-fidelity designs using design system components.
