The Role We are looking for a fully remote Senior UX Designer to lead the complete rebuild of our core B2B contracting and administration platform.
We are transitioning a legacy system into a modern, performant application using React, Tailwind, and Shadcn UI .
Your challenge is unique: Our users are experts in contracts and administration, not technology.
They manage complex, high-stakes workflows, but they need an interface that feels simple, safe, and intuitive.
You will bridge the gap between powerful functionality and ease of use. Why This Role Matters Contracting and administration are historically dense, paper-heavy processes.
You aren't just digitizing a form; you are orchestrating how our customers manage their business relationships.
You will define how our mid-enterprise clients interact with the platform for the next 5-10 years, moving them from a legacy experience to a modern, component-driven interface.
