- Experience with UX projects and UX design, user research, or user-centered development tools and methodologies.

- Experience in maintaining design systems.
- Experience with the product development lifecycle.
- Experience with facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Experience in analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.
- Experience in managing risks (e.g., operational, product, team health).
- Experience in partnering on cross-functional projects or teams in a changing environment.
