Senior UX Visual Designer

**Roles and Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:
- Develop visual language studies that explore multiple approaches to the overall aesthetic of a product, with regard to brand and experience values and underlying product capability and behavior
- Work with interaction designers and user interface developers to design the visual aspects of product user interfaces
- Creates visual design specifications and documentation that provide detailed instructions for developers regarding typography, spacing, color and other aspects of a product's user interface
- Creates multiple variations to a single design component to explore how different treatments meet design requirements and brand/experience goals
- Explains and defends design decisions to other members of the project team including developers, product managers, marketers and other designers
