Senior UX Writer

We are looking for a Senior UX Writer to work with our Freenow rider apps. As a Senior UX Writer, you’ll be instrumental in shaping Freenow’s passenger experience.

Collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers, you’ll craft clear, impactful, brand-aligned writing that inspires, guides, and helps our passengers take the next ride with Freenow.

You will be reporting to the Rider Product Design manager and evolve the craft together with another UX Writer focused in our Driver products and the Content localisation team.

• Content creation: You will craft clear, concise, and compelling content for all existing and new features within the passenger app. You will be actively participating in the discovery and development phases, thereby integrating content considerations from project inception.
