Senior Varicent Technical Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Varicent Technical Consultant to support enterprise-wide sales compensation transformation. This role will lead configuration, integration, and optimization of Varicent within a complex healthcare technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with evolving business models and compliance standards.

• Configuration & Development: Implement and maintain Varicent modules for incentive compensation and sales performance management.
• Configure new sales compensation plans by April 1, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Integration & Data Management: Integrate Varicent with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (JD Edwards), and HR systems (Workday).
• Ensure clean data ingestion and encryption protocols for EDI and compensation workflows.
