Job Description
Location: Remote (Americas time zones preferred; availability for EST calls)
Type: Part-time (approx. ~4 hours/day; flexible schedule)
Compensation: USD (project-based / monthly equivalent, depending on experience)
We are a small deal-by-deal investment syndicate focused on early-stage opportunities across LATAM and the US. We're looking for a senior analyst who can help us source dealflow, run high-signal research, and project-manage deals from first intro to close.
This role is for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with high ownership, speed, and a strong fit for US/VC operating style.
What you'll do
Dealflow: source thesis-fit startups, work partner intros, keep pipeline clean.
Diligence: validate claims, map competitors, assess traction and risks.
Markets: quick, structured sector/TAM/timing analysis.
Deal PM: coordinate stakeholders, drive timelines through closing (docs, SPV/admin, DD, vendors).
