You will play a key role in ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with our high design standards. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing innovative construction strategies. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Managing project risks while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations. Leading and nurturing talented construction teams. Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Upholding company policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in the construction industry, particularly in single-family home development. A successful track record in managing large-scale residential projects, along with proven leadership and problem-solving skills, are essential for this role. We seek a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire teams and adapt quickly to challenges.
