You will play a crucial role in establishing and optimizing comprehensive systems for team recruitment, onboarding, and operational excellence. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive maximum value from our innovative solutions, nurturing strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders. As the Senior VP of Customer Success, you will also have significant influence in shaping our overall customer experience strategy. We are seeking candidates with robust backgrounds in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology, specifically within the healthcare industry. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, are essential. A proven ability to drive customer success in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology is critical, along with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and challenges. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as is a data-driven mindset combined with experience in scaling customer success teams in a rapidly growing startup environment. While not mandatory, an MBA or advanced degree, experience in thought leadership, and familiarity with AI-based solutions in healthcare are strong assets. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving and possess a thorough understanding of workflows within health systems to effectively align solutions with customer processes.
