This role is essential in shaping intuitive, AI-powered experiences that make data accessible to a diverse audience, including business professionals and analysts. The ideal candidate will define and steer the long-term vision for design, acting as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and executive teams, and ensuring the highest standards of design excellence. Your responsibilities will include driving leadership and strategy, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a customer-focused approach. The perfect candidate will exhibit a systems-thinking mindset, thrive in high-growth environments, and possess extensive knowledge of AI/ML-powered interfaces, search-driven UX, and data visualization. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 15 years of design experience, including at least 7 years in leadership roles and a proven track record of managing large, distributed design teams. Experience in developing enterprise-grade SaaS products, especially within the business intelligence or analytics sector, is highly desirable. A portfolio demonstrating elegant UX at scale, combined with a robust background in design operations and tools, is essential.
