We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Video Editor with a strong focus on advertising and performance-driven video content. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to edit for attention, retention, and conversion , and can consistently deliver high-performing creatives across paid media platforms. You will play a key role in shaping ad creatives, testing new formats, and scaling winning concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Ad-Focused Editing & Creative Strategy
Edit short-form ad creatives for paid platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Snapchat, etc.)
Cut long-form footage into high-converting ad variations
Develop strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
Create multiple ad iterations for A/B testing (hooks, CTAs, pacing, visuals)
Translate creative briefs and performance insights into compelling ad edits
Performance Optimization
Edit videos optimized for CTR, watch time, CPA, and ROAS
