About the Role :

We are looking for an AI-first Visual Designer who owns how our brand shows up visually across every touchpoint. This role combines strategic brand system thinking with high-velocity execution across landing pages and campaigns, powered by AI-first workflows.

You will define the visual foundation and also ship daily. AI is not an add-on here - it is a core part of how design scales.


What You Will Do :

Brand Systems & Visual Strategy (Primary Ownership)

  • Own and evolve the visual brand system across colors, typography, layouts, components, and iconography
  • Define scalable design frameworks that enable speed without losing consistency
  • Act as the visual gatekeeper, ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines while pushing the brand forward
  • Translate brand strategy into repeatable visual patterns across channels

Landing Pages & Web Design (High-Impact Execution)

  • Design high-converting landing pages with strong visual hierarchy and narrative clarity
  • Partner with marketing, product, and growth teams to rapidly iterate and optimize pages
  • Ensure responsive, scalable designs that translate cleanly to development

Campaign & Marketing Assets (Daily Operations)

  • Design visual assets for campaigns across web, email, social, ads, and events
  • Build modular templates to enable faster campaign execution
  • Maintain visual consistency across all campaign touchpoints

AI-First Design Execution (How the Work Gets Done)

  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production
  • Create and refine AI-assisted workflows for faster turnaround and higher-quality outputs
  • Evaluate, curate, and elevate AI-generated assets to meet brand standards


What We’re Looking For :

Core Design Skills

  • Strong visual design fundamentals across layout, typography, color, and composition
  • Experience building and maintaining brand systems, not just applying them
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

AI-First Mindset

  • Hands-on experience with AI-based design tools or strong enthusiasm to adopt them fast
  • Comfort using AI for iteration and scale while maintaining design judgment
  • Clear opinions on where AI helps and where human craft matters

Tools & Workflow

  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design, image generation, or layout tools
  • Understanding of responsive design and design-to-dev handoff

Ways of Working

  • System-oriented thinker who designs for reuse and scale
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills


Bonus Points :

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or technical products
  • Exposure to motion design or lightweight animation
  • Experience building design systems at scale
