The Role:

You are a veteran of the Adobe Creative Suite , but you aren’t stuck in the past. You know that design is evolving, and you’re riding the wave. You can spot bad kerning from a mile away, but you’re also the first person to try out a new generative AI plugin.

This is a 100% On-Site Role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visual Storytelling: Creating stunning visuals for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and print.
• Leading the Aesthetics: acting as the visual guardian of our brand, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
• AI Integration: leveraging AI tools to speed up workflows, generate mood boards, and push creative boundaries (work smarter, not harder).
• Mentoring: With 5 years under your belt, you’ll help guide junior talent and bring fresh perspectives to the table.

What You Bring to the Table:

• The Experience: 5+ years of agency or high-growth brand experience. Your portfolio should speak louder than your resume.
• The Toolkit: You are a wizard in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• The "Superpower" (AI): You are comfortable navigating tools like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, or Stable Diffusion. You don't fear AI; you use it to supercharge your creativity.
• The Eye: A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
• The Attitude: No ego. You take feedback well, you love a good brainstorm, and you’re ready to hustle in our Bangalore office.
