• Very strong marketing and communication design for campaigns, launches, websites and product stories.
• Portfolio with top tier visual craft in typography, layout, color and composition.
• Strong skills in image making and editing compositing, photo treatment, textures and visual hacks.
• Can dabble in motion design & video editing, micro interactions, reels and launch videos.
• Bonus if they do illustration or have a distinct visual style, but execution quality is non negotiable.
• Comfortable owning marketing sites and landing pages; Framer or similar tools experience is a strong plus.
• Thinks like a brand owner responsible for consistent, premium visuals across all social and external touchpoints.
• Kind, low ego, high ownership, ok with chaos; open to relocating to Dubai and must share a portfolio link before moving forward.
