Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and create high-impact static and motion creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
  • Translate briefs into visually persuasive concepts aligned with campaign objectives and performance insights.
  • Develop approach creatives, mood boards, and visual directions for ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and strategists to produce assets optimised for audience targeting and platform requirements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital creatives.
  • Review performance data with the media team and iterate creatives based on insights (A/B testing, audience behaviour, ad fatigue, etc.).
  • Oversee junior designers and provide design direction when required.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
