Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Art Visualizer located in Thane. We’re looking for a Senior Visualizer who can think big, design smart, and execute beautifully across platforms. This role is for someone who can truly own a brand from concept to final output and bring ideas to life with consistency and fair.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete brand identity projects from concept development to final brand guidelines
• Design packaging, marketing collaterals, and print materials
• Create engaging UI and UX designs for websites and digital products
• Develop strong visuals for campaigns, social media posts, emails, brochures, and editorials
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams
• Maintain visual consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative direction

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of experience as a Visualizer or Senior Graphic Designer
• A strong portfolio showcasing end to end brand work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with UI and UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

• Have experience working with startups or fast growing brands
• Understand motion graphics or basic animation
• Can think like a marketer and not just a designer
• Enjoy turning complex ideas into clean and effective visuals
