<p><b>Title: Senior Voice Engineer</b></p> <p><b>Location: Remote [Candidate must travel to client site on need basis especially British Columbia)</b></p> <p><b>Duration: 6-12months</b></p> <p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <ul> <li>Troubleshooting, programming changes, operational & migration support of Avaya CS1000, NEC SV8000, SBC and Genesys pure-connect systems. <br /> </li> <li>Preparation of documentation related to the assessment, design, implementation, and operational support of the legacy voice infrastructure and the current Cisco voice networks.</li> <li>Assist with the preparation and installation of the Cisco voice network infrastructure. </li> <li>Assist with the coordination and integration of new Cisco voice system with existing site telephony systems such as Avaya CS1000, Avaya Session Manager, Oracle SBC & NEC SV...
