About the role

A large Australian company are looking to recruit a Senior Voice Engineer with solid experience in Fixed Networks on a permanent basis from their Sydney HQ

A successful applicant would be required to have Australian Citizenship on this occasion

Responsibilities:

• Taking the lead on the fixed voice network, SME responsibilities, including fixed voice access
• Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting
• Ownership of fixed voice performance
• Performing software and hardware upgrades
• Reduce downtime/outages on production elements by ensuring best practices

Key Skills:

• Experience with Ribbon products such as Ribbon C20/CS2K, Ribbon SBC, Ribbon PSX, Ribbon DMS, Ribbon Analytics, Ribbon Fraud Detect and network performance
• Deep experience working on fixed voice networks
• SIP signalling
• Knowledge on 4G and 5G Mobile Data and Voice Network Technologies, Voice over IP, SDH transmission, IP Networking, OSS
• Some design experience
