Our client, a leading company in the heart of Sheffield (Darnell) is looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Operative, who will be responsible for providing an efficient materials management system through the receipting, storing, and despatching of materials, goods, and products to feed business operations and meet customer demands.

Main Duties:

  • Carry out prestart checks on all operational equipment and report any damage or defects to the warehouse manager.
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Take delivery of goods into the warehouse in accordance with the company delivery specification and check for missing or damaged items.
  • Accurately book goods into stock using the computerised stock system
