Senior Web Application Firewall (WAF) Project Engineer
17 Month Contract
Ideally 2-3 days on site in PJ
Sentinel is working with a major Tech / Construction company, seeking a Senior WAF Project Engineer responsible for planning, improving, and operating our global Web Application Firewall (WAF) platform . The platform is already in place and running, and the main focus of this role is enhancement, fine-tuning, and continuous improvement , rather than initial implementation.
Responsibilities
The Project Engineer will support both:
- Operations activities (daily tuning, rule adjustments, operational support)
Key initiatives include driving platform improvements such as:
- Rollout of Akamai Bot Manager to additional applications/endpoints
