Senior Web Designer (Bangalore - Full-time)

We’re a Belgian marketing agency (5+ years, not a startup) building premium, Odoo-native websites for SMEs using Odoo.
We’re hiring a

senior web designer based in Bangalore

to become the first key hire in India and help us build the foundation for a local delivery team.

This is not “just design”. You’ll ship websites end-to-end and help define standards, workflows, and a repeatable delivery process with the founder.

1) Design + build websites (core)
Design websites in Figma (structure, sections, pages, responsive variants).
