Job Description

The Senior Web Developer - Marketing is responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and scaling our web presence while ensuring seamless integration with our marketing technology stack.

In this role you will:

Web Development & Management

  • Own end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimization of all company websites built on WordPress
  • Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and components as required
  • Ensure high standards of performance, security, scalability, and SEO best practices
  • Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility
  • Manage website hosting environments, backups, uptime monitoring, and deployments
  • Implement and maintain CMS workflows for marketing and content teams
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime
