The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, particularly using Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, C# and .NET Core for backend services, and databases such as MongoDB and MSSQL . This role involves leading complex development initiatives, shaping technical direction, and mentoring team members.
