Role Summary

We’re hiring aSenior Web Manager (WordPress/WooCommerce + CRO/SEO + UX/UI) — someone who can fully own the technical health, performance, and design execution of the website. This person replaces the need for three separate roles and will be responsible for funnels, performance, AI search visibility, UX/UI, and day-to-day design work.

Hybrid role:GTA-based, 1-2 days per week onsite, 25–40 hrs/week.

We have the best team in the GTA. It's truly a pleasure for us to come into work.

The Role

As our Senior Web Manager, you will oversee the technical health, design execution, and conversion performance of our WordPress + WooCommerce website. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Growth and marketing team to create high-converting landing pages, improve site speed, run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, optimize for SEO and AI visibility, and deliver clean, modern UX/UI improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and develop all technical aspects of WordPress + WooCommerce

  • Build landing pages, funnels, product pages

  • Handle Cloudflare (CDN, WAF, DNS), caching, hosting, security

  • Troubleshoot PHP, plugin conflicts, and SQL issues

  • Run A/B tests + analyze Hotjar/Clarity data

  • Improve UX/UI and conversion flow

  • Manage metadata, schema, site structure, internal linking

  • Optimize for both search engines and AI answer engines

  • Create basic graphic assets (banners, product visuals, page layouts)

Required Skills

  • Advanced WordPress/WooCommerce

  • PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

  • Cloudflare

  • CRO, A/B testing, UX/UI strategy

  • Hotjar/Clarity

  • Technical SEO + schema

  • GA4 + Search Console

  • Good design instinct (Figma/Canva)

Nice to Have

  • Klaviyo/HubSpot experience

  • Wellness/e-commerce familiarity

  • AI-search optimization know-how

Hours & Compensation

  • 25–40 hours/week

  • Competitive compensation based on experience

  • Hybrid: 1-2 days per week onsite in Oakville or Toronto office, the rest remote
