Senior Wedding Planner

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end planning and execution of luxury & large-scale weddings in Rajasthan

● Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients from onboarding to wedding closure

● Conceptualize wedding themes, décor briefs, and detailed event flow aligned with client vision

● Coordinate with Rajasthan-based vendors (venues, décor, hospitality, artists, logistics)

● Manage budgets, cost negotiations, vendor contracts, and P&L for assigned weddings

● Prepare and manage wedding timelines, checklists, and production schedules

● Handle on-ground execution by coordinating with local teams during wedding events

● Ensure quality control, brand standards, and flawless guest experience

● Troubleshoot last-minute challenges calmly and professionally

● Mentor junior planners and support team training when required

● Travel to Rajasthan locations as per wedding requirements
