Senior Wedding Planner

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of luxury & large-scale weddings in Rajasthan
Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients from onboarding to wedding closure
Conceptualize wedding themes, décor briefs, and detailed event flow aligned with client vision
Coordinate with Rajasthan-based vendors (venues, décor, hospitality, artists, logistics)
Manage budgets, cost negotiations, vendor contracts, and P&L for assigned weddings
Prepare and manage wedding timelines, checklists, and production schedules
Handle on-ground execution by coordinating with local teams during wedding events
Ensure quality control, brand standards, and flawless guest experience
Troubleshoot last-minute challenges calmly and professionally
Mentor junior planners and support team training when required
Travel to Rajasthan locations as per wedding requirements
