A leading BPO company in the Philippines is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of WFM experience. Responsibilities include creating staffing models, providing analytical support, and ensuring optimal workforce staffing. Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as effective communication skills are essential. The position offers HMO benefits, quarterly performance bonuses, and a comprehensive leave package. This is a full-time associate-level role, expected to be on site in Alabang.
