About this role:
We’re looking for a Senior WHS Advisor who will be overseeing a number of projects in the Northern Metro WA region.
Reporting to the WHS Supervisor, you’ll be providing support, guidance and coaching to site leaders & WHS Advisors in maintaining quality, integrity and standards to ensure the business protects workers from harm.
Please note that this is a full-time (Mon‑Fri) position based on site. You will need to be available for site operational hours from 7 am to 5 pm.
What your day will look like:
- Supervise, coach, mentor and support WHS Advisors and Project Coordinators with planning, skills and abilities to develop and deliver WHS safe systems of work.
- Support the WHS Supervisor to implement successfully agreed strategies to continuously improve culture and manage hazard risks.
