What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of CIBC’s Windows Engineering team, you will maintain our diverse HCI and VMware environments. In this role you will collaboratively understand product‑specific priorities, execute plans, develop and drive strategies to keep the Windows environment current, ensure sufficient capacity, and conduct regular refresh cycles. You will provide technical leadership and share best practices during design, build, configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance phases.
