Job Description

We’re looking for a mature, senior WordPress developer to contract with and work with us long-term. This is not a task-taker role. We want a collaborative technical partner who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and helps us build a clean, reusable, low-technical-debt codebase.

This is an established production website that has been live for over a year. We value good judgment, clear communication, and long-term maintainability over speed at all costs.


Engagement: Ongoing contract (10–20 hours/week to start)

Rate target: ~$30 USD/hour

  • Hosting on Kinsta

  • Cloudflare (CDN, caching, security)

  • GitHub for version control

  • GitHub Actions for CI/CD
