Our flagship product, Hire2 Retire, automates the employee identity lifecycle by integrating HR systems with Active Directory and other IT systems, helping organizations achieve seamless onboarding, compliance, and security.
Overview:
Robo MQ is seeking a Word Press Developer to maintain and enhance our digital presence through updating and optimizing our website and aligning its visuals with our brand identity.
This is an in-office position for our Jaipur Office. The role combines technical expertise in Word Press, Responsive Web Design, and web technologies with a sharp eye for website visual elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Robo MQ’s Word Press website by adding and updating pages using Elementor Pro, web technologies (HTML, CSS, and Java Script), and other Word Press plugins to ensure performance, responsiveness, and brand-aligned visuals.
- Monitor and improve website performance across different metrics, including Google Page Speed Insights, GTmetrix, SEMrush, and other on-page SEO criteria.
- Set up and maintain analytics feedback loop, including collecting, analyzing, and acting on analytics data from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Manage the hosting on WP-Engine for security, performance, networking, deployments, and backups.
- Assist in UX improvements, A/B testing, and overall web performance enhancement.
Required Experience and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 3+ years of experience building and managing Word Press or CMS-based websites.
- Proficiency in Elementor and Elementor Pro.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and basic PHP for troubleshooting and custom development.
- Proven ability to ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design and implement SEO best practices.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for tracking and insights.
- Familiarity with WP Engine, DNS, staging workflows, and performance optimization tools like Cloudflare, WP Rocket, and Lite Speed.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
