Job Description

As a Workday HCM, Security, & Integrations Administrator at Gainsight, you will be a technical expert supporting and enhancing Gainsight's Workday platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People Operations, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and HR, to ensure seamless system performance, secure integrations, and efficient business processes.

This role offers growth opportunities to develop into a subject matter expert (SME) as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workday Configuration & Administration:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM, integrations, and security configurations.
