Job Description

• Implementation/configuration of Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation
• Create/Update Merit, Bonus, Stock Plans, and Compensation Matrix and Grids based on the business needs.
• Create/Update Core Compensation Plans, Grades, Grade Profiles based on business needs.
• Configuring Compensation related Business Processes.
• Configuring compensation plans, merit business process with shared participation grid
• Update employee compensation data through EIB loads.
• Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate them into a technical solution.
• Ability to analyze and resolve user concerns and educate users on resolutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
